This time
I guess kind of long time of not falling into that serious,
eat what, vomit what,

pray hard to get well soon,
presentation soon on this coming Tuesday,
i wish i could be in the best form of presenting it,
think of going to search for doctor again,
if getting same thing in coming few days.
