My Christmas Eve Night

Well time to update my life on Christmas Eve.....
plan change last minute as join my friend for dinner together...

not much to say  that have a good moment with them enjoy with them on it as we actually go find quite a number plaes for our dinner

but end up when to Pulau Labuan Hotel 2 to have our Chinese Cruisine
we enjoy the time and having chit chat at there.

Once end with the dinner,
We went to Grand Dorsett Hotel photo shooting session..

Christmas Eve

24 of December is important day for all the Christian as Christmas Eve refers to the evening or entire day proceeding Christmas Day, a widely celebrated festival commemorating the birth of Jesus of Nazareth that takes place on December 25.

Christmas Eve is celebrated in different ways around the world, varying by country and region. Elements common to many areas of the world include the attendance of special religious observances such as a midnight Mass or Vespers, and the giving and receiving of presents.

On this day, in Malaysia most of the people will take this opportunity to have a family gathering to welcome the next day of Christmas by having self cooking meal with turkey as one of the main dishes of the day. Although there is no snow in Malaysia, people in here still celebrate it by having party all around to celebrate together. Well as for me, usually will having to have family gathering and meet up with friends, at this moment crazy plan will be done. But due to some reason, I cant manage to celebrate with family cause of studies and classes need to attend.

How am I going to celebrate this day, Hmm …I still thinking of as there is still no plan for this day. But keep on listen to Christmas song from Youtube. Well currently I listening to Justin Bieber’s new album song Christmas Eve. Let share the song with you all and try to grab and have a listen for today.

冬至快樂

冬至（Winter Solstice），是中国农历中一个非常重要的节气，也是中华民族的一个传统节日，冬至俗称“冬节”、“长至节”、“亚岁”等，早在二千五百多年前的春秋时代，中国就已经用土圭观测太阳，测定出了冬至，它是二十四节气中最早制订出的一个，时间在每年的阳历12月21日至23日之间，这一天是北半球全年中白天最短、夜晚最长的一天；中国北方大部分地区在这一天还有吃饺子、南方吃汤圆的习俗，谚语：冬至到，吃水饺，还有关于该节气的诗词和影视作品。

“冬至”又称为“至节”，因为它是“阴极之至”、是“阳气始至”，也是“日行南至”的节日。又由于冬至过后，新年就在眼前了，所以又有“冬节大如年”的说法，意思是说冬至的礼俗和年节相差无几。另外，冬至又有如“亚岁”、“如正（新正）、”“履长节”等的称呼，民间则多称为“冬节”。又由于富人都过着丰厚的冬至，而穷人则只能贫苦的过夜，于是又有“有者冬至夜，无者过一夜”、“富人吃一夜，穷人冻一夜”的俗谚。

民间又以冬至日到来之先后，及当天天气的好坏，推测往后的天气。俗语说：“冬至在月头，要冷在年兜（底）；冬至在月尾，要冷在正月；冬至在月中，无雪也没霜”（这是依据冬至日到来的早晚，推测寒流到台湾的早晚）；俗语也说：“冬至黑，过年疏；冬至疏，过年黑”。（意思是：冬至这天如果没有太阳，那么过年一定晴天，反之，如果冬至放晴，过年就会下雨）。

                吃汤圆也是冬至的传统习俗，在江南尤为盛行。“汤圆”是冬至必备的食品，是一种用糯米粉制成的圆形甜品，“圆”意味着“团圆”“圆满”，冬至吃汤圆又叫“冬至团”。民间有“吃了汤圆大一岁”之说。冬至团可以用来祭祖，也可用于互赠亲朋。旧时上海人最讲究吃汤团。古人有诗云：“家家捣米做汤圆，知是明朝冬至天。” “圆”意味着“团圆”“圆满”。冬至吃汤圆，象征家庭和谐、吉祥。

                冬节甜丸一般在天亮前煮熟，家人起床后，都要吃一碗“冬节丸”，潮汕有“冬节丸，一食就过年”的民谚，俗称“添岁”，表示年虽还没有过，但大家已加了一岁。孩子们最盼吃这碗甜丸，往往夜里醒来都要问天亮了吗？然而天好像要与孩子们开玩笑似的，老是不亮，故潮俗有“冬节夜，啰啰长，甜丸未煮天唔光”的童谣。其实，每年到了冬至这一天，夜的时间最长，冬至过后，才逐渐变短。昔时潮汕城乡在冬至日还有以甜糯米丸拜“司令公”，备三牲祭祖和扫墓的习俗，冬至扫墓叫“过冬纸”。人去世未满三年，后代扫墓应在清明节“过春纸”，以后才“过冬纸”。冬至扫墓，因为冬天少雨，阳光充足，在山野举行祭祖较为方便，也借此郊游，起娱乐身心作用。

如果你在一个平凡的家庭长大，如果你的父母还健在，不管你有没有和他们同住——


如果有一天，你发现妈妈的厨房不再像以前那么干净；


如果有一天，你发现家中的碗筷好象没洗干净；


如果有一天，你发现母亲的锅子不再雪亮；


如果有一天，你发现父亲的花草树木已渐荒废；


如果有一天，你发现家中的地板衣柜经常沾满灰尘；


如果有一天，你发现母亲煮的菜太咸太难吃；


如果有一天，你发现父母经常忘记关瓦斯；


如果有一天，你发现老父老母的一些习惯不再是习惯时，就像他们不再想要天天洗澡时；


如果有一天，你发现父母不再爱吃青脆的蔬果；


如果有一天，你发现父母爱吃煮得烂烂的菜；


如果有一天，你发现父母喜欢吃稀饭；


如果有一天，你发现他们过马路行动反应都慢了；


如果有一天，你发现在吃饭时间他们老是咳个不停，千万别误以为他们感冒或着凉，(那是吞咽神经老化的现象) ；


如果有一天，你发觉他们不再爱出门……


如果有这么一天，我要告诉你，你要警觉父母真的已经老了，器官已经退化到需要别人照料了。


如果你不能照料，请你替他们找人照料，并请你请你千万千万要常常探望，不要让他们觉得被遗弃了。


每 个人都会老，父母比我们先老，我们要用角色互换的心情去照料他，才会有耐心、才不会有怨言，当父母不能照顾自己的时候，为人子女要警觉，他们可能会大小便 失禁、可能会很多事都做不好，如果房间有异味，可能他们自己也闻不到，请不要嫌他脏或嫌他臭，为人子女的只能帮他清理，并请维持他们的“自尊心”。

当他们不再爱洗澡时，请抽空定期帮他们洗身体，因为纵使他们自己洗也可能洗不干净。当我们在享受食物的时候，请替他们准备一份大小适当、容易咀嚼的一小碗，因为他们不爱吃可能是牙齿咬不动了。

从我们出生开始，喂奶换尿布、生病的不眠不休照料、教我们生活基本能力、供给读书、吃喝玩乐和补习，关心和行动永远都不停歇。如果有一天，他们真的动不了了，角色互换不也是应该的吗？

为人子女者要切记，看父母就是看自己的未来，孝顺要及时。
